I focus on enhancing the customer experience through data-driven decisions that cultivate cross-team collaboration; improve workflows; and increase customer retention.

I stay curious and am continuously seeking opportunities to grow, so I can become a better associate for any team I am on. I love learning how industries are changing and how organizations can stay ahead in order to serve their teams and clients better. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication and a master’s degree in Communication Studies.
